MONO was founded by Daniel Kushner, a self-taught drummer of over 15 years and a professional industrial designer. MONO grew as a result of merging love for music and design with a vision of creating innovative products for a new generation of modernist musicians. The company embraces a philosophy of thinking globally while acting locally with an ultimate goal of being a zero waste company. MONO is eliminating all PVC from its materials and also designs animal-free products. MONO believes that things that are intelligently designed, beautifully engineered and built extremely well are both hard to resist and hard to put down. MONO makes products like that.
