*Exceptions to Our Free Shipping Offer

Our Free Shipping Offer excludes all international orders and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or products marked as "oversized." Shipping to these locations will be quoted within two business days after your order has been placed. Exceptions to the Free Shipping Offer are clearly indicated with the product details, and shipping costs are always summarized for you before, during and after your Order.

Rush Shipments

At present we are not able to accommodate rush shipments under any circumstances. We regret any inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Delivery

Most orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on US holidays.
Most items we carry are generally available within two weeks. A few items available on finecases.com may require longer lead times. For example, customized items, or items in limited supply or significant demand, can require substantial lead times of up to 16 weeks. The availability of each item is indicated for you before you add the item to your shopping cart. Please be aware of lead times when placing your order.
We ship all orders as soon as possible. If you are paying online by credit card, to protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, we do require additional information during the checkout process. This verification process could, but usually does not, cause a slight delay in processing your order.
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon placing your order. You will also receive a confirmation email with shipping information when your order has shipped. If you have paid by credit card, we do not charge your card until your order has actually shipped.

All Shipments

Our overall goal in shipping merchandise to you is to cover our actual expenses, not to have it as a profit center. We do not profit from shipping.
Our normal shipping method is ground delivery via UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service. Once an order has shipped, you can expect ground service to take about 2 to 10 days to reach you, depending on your location and the method of shipment. Orders shipping outside the lower 48 states cannot be shipped by ground. Orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via air service, and are generally shipped via the US Mail.
The shipping cost depends on the total of the order, which will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. If the total of your product purchases is more than $199 at checkout we will pay shipping charges for most items. A few products we sell are considered oversized and are billed at a higher rate due to the dimensional conditions imposed by the shipping carrier. These oversized items are not included in the Free Shipping Offer and any applicable charges are indicated for you as you view the details of each product, and during the checkout process.
Tennessee law requires us to add sales tax of 9.75% to the cost of taxable items on all orders shipped to destinations within the state of Tennessee. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Tennessee. If your organization is tax-exempt and based in or doing business in Tennessee, you can apply for tax-exempt status with finecases.com.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If your order is not shipping to your own address, please be sure the shipping address you enter is correct. All orders must be shipped to a street address; we cannot ship to a PO Box. Any wrong addresses given to us may result in a delay in processing your order or additional shipping charges being levied by the delivery company.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

All APO/FPO addresses are considered domestic shipments. Shipments to these addresses will be sent via the US Postal Service. A few oversized items we sell can not be delivered to APO and FPO addresses because of US Postal Service size restrictions.
Customers with APO or FPO addresses may be charged additional shipping charges depending on the destination zip code. This is due to the zones imposed by the United States Postal Service. If additional charges apply, you will be notified of the cost via email prior to processing your order. You must agree to pay these additional charges, if any, before your order will be processed.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & US Virgin Islands

Shipments to these addresses will be sent via the US Postal Service. A few oversized items we sell can not be delivered to these addresses because of US Postal Service size restrictions.
Additional charges will be applied for deliveries to these locations. This is due to the zones imposed by the United States Postal Service. You will be notified of the cost via email prior to processing your order. You must agree to these shipping charges before your order will be processed.

International Shipping

International orders include any order with a billing or shipping address outside the 50 United States.
All international orders must be prepaid in full with US funds before the item will be shipped. All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service insured, excluding Canada, which is shipped via UPS Ground. International orders take an additional 48 hours of processing. When making a purchase using our online store, shipping charges for customers outside of the US will not automatically be calculated or added to the order total. This is not because shipping is free, but rather because the shipping options are so numerous and the costs so varied that we are unable to estimate any cost of shipping to these locations until your order has been placed. You will be notified of the cost via email prior to processing your order. You must agree to these shipping charges before your order will be processed. As an alternative, International customers may, if they wish, provide their FedEx, UPS, or other courier account number for use in billing the shipment costs directly to their shipper account.
Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with US funds. We only accept payments by Western Union for international orders.
Because the added costs of shipping to international addresses can be prohibitive, we strongly urge you to first determine if the items you are ordering may be available to you through dealers local to you.
Please be aware that some products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the United States, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or US law. Finecases.com makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the US.

Customs Information

Finecases.com, like all businesses, must strictly adhere to all customs laws and regulations. All international orders will be declared as merchandise and the value of merchandise will be declared as the amount paid to finecases.com. We are required to list the contents of all international packages and the exact total value of your shipment, even if the order is a gift.
When ordering from finecases.com, you are considered the importer of record and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, GST taxes, import duties, value-added taxes or other applicable import charges imposed by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and charges are levied once the package reaches the destination country. It is solely your responsibility as customer/recipient to pay these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges of any shipments refused by the recipient as a result of these charges. Once merchandise has arrived to the customs office in the destination country, the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities.

Multiple Shipments

For purposes of efficiency and economy, our products are warehoused at several locations and shipped from these locations directly to you. As a result, your order may be split into more than one shipment. This information will be conveyed to you at the time your order has been placed. If you selected a credit card as your form of payment, your card is not charged until each shipment has been made, and then only for the total amount of the items which actually shipped. You will receive a separate invoice for each shipment.

Delivery Refused

If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees (and tariffs and duties on international shipments) will also be charged back at the time of return. Shipping, handling and insurance costs are non refundable.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items

While we make every effort to have featured merchandise available to you, occasionally certain items are not always available in the indicated timeframe. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email notification with an estimated ship date. You will have the option of either canceling your order or waiting for the backorder to be filled. If you decide to wait for your order, remember that we will never charge your credit card until your order has actually shipped.
