EastesArts is the sole owner of the information collected on finecases.com. EastesArts collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Account Registration In order to purchase items on this website you must first establish a free online Account with finecases.com, a simple and easy process. During registration we collect personal information from you such as your name, mailing and/or shipping addresses, your zip code, your phone and fax numbers, and your email address. This information is necessary for us to process and ship your orders and mail you correspondence such as invoices. Email a question If you elect to use our online form to email us your questions or comments, we ask you for your email address. We use this information for the sole purpose of responding to your questions or comment and we DO NOT use this information for any other purpose. (WE DO record a transcript of incoming and outgoing emails as a record of dialogue with individual customers.) If you use our online message form you may also elect to send yourself a confirmation copy of the message you send to finecases.com.
Tell-A-Friend If you elect to use our referral service for informing a friend about a page you are visiting within our site, we ask you for your and your friend's email address. We use this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email to your friend and we DO NOT store or record either your or your friend's email address, or use it for any other purpose than stated here. Deleting or Deactivating Account You have the ability to delete your account at any time through our online account maintenance. To permanently delete your Account, log-in to your account and click on the Account Information tab. At the bottom of this page you will find a link which allows you to delete your Account. However, by deleting your Account you will lose access to your entire Order History and any benefits or service available to you from finecases.com. For purposes of fraud prevention, we do maintain an archive of your account history for a period of no less than 90 days after your account has been deleted by you.
