A Safe Shopping Environment
Your Privacy Finecases.com respects your privacy. Safeguarding your information is a priority. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any unrelated third parties for any reason. Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Our Own Secure Server Our shopping cart system utilizes the best internet security procedures available, including our own highly-encrypted SSL (secure socket layers) security certificate. Your payment information remains encrypted from the time you submit your order to the time it arrives at our on-site computer system. We know that our customers value privacy and security, and our online ordering system reflects our commitment to maintain our customer's trust. When you place an order with us, your credit card information is captured and stored separately from your order, so that it cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than our CustomerCare staff.
Fraud Protection Should your credit card company discover a fraudulent credit card purchase that was made through our secure server and holds you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges, there is no need to worry. Finecases.com will reimburse you up to the maximum liability of $50. This is a standard practice when shopping on the internet and just another way we wish to earn your trust and confidence when shopping with finecases.com.

Domestic Orders
We consider domestic orders to include any order with a billing or shipping address within the 50 United States.
If you are paying online by credit card, to protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, we do require additional information during the checkout process. Although we do not require that they match, we do verify whether the credit card billing address matches the billing address of the customer placing the order. We do require and verify that you have physical possession of the credit card being used. This verification process may, but usually does not, cause a slight delay in processing your order.
We also accept mailed-in payments made by check, money order or credit card, or faxed payments made by credit card. Instructions for mailing or faxing your payment is provided to you during the checkout process. We will process your order once we receive your payment.
Checks are accepted provided your complete name and the bank name are printed on the check. Only checks from US banks will be accepted. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for order processing on orders placed by personal check. Any order placed on a check drawing insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 returned check fee.
All orders must be shipped to a street address; we cannot ship to a PO Box. Any wrong addresses given to us may result in a delay in processing your order or additional shipping charges being levied by the delivery company.
Tennessee law requires us to add sales tax of 9.75% to the cost of taxable items on all orders shipped to destinations within the state of Tennessee. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Tennessee. If your organization is tax-exempt and based in or doing business in Tennessee, you can apply for tax-exempt status with finecases.com.
International Orders
We consider international orders to include any order with a billing or shipping address outside the 50 United States. Once your order has been placed, we will email you with specific instructions regarding shipping charges and payment.
Currency exchange rates vary from market to market and from day to day. For help in calculating the exchange rate for your currency, click here. This is for informational purposes only and the actual exchange rate may be different at the time your order is processed.
