Calton Cases are valued worldwide by musicians who need the ultimate protection for their fine musical instruments. Calton raises the bar for uncompromising quality and standards of casemaking excellence second to none.
Each Calton Case is fabricated by hand using only the finest materials and hardware available. Unlike other case brands which produce one-size-fits-all models, each Calton Case is custom fit for a specific instrument and is intended to pair with that instrument for life. All Calton Cases are hand made in Canada.

Each Calton shell is hand molded in a single piece, using pigmented resin, with no seams to separate and color that is integral to the fiberglass. All hardware is high quality plated steel, attached to the case with steel rivets and reinforcing plates. Attention is paid to the placement of the leather handle in order to provide the optimum in comfort and balance.
A PVC valance strip completely edges both top and bottom halves of the case. This strong, flexible strip, combined with the natural water repellent qualities of fibreglass, provides a superior seal against the elements.
Case interiors are hand crafted from high quality foam padding, using up to 15 measurements and a template of the instrument. All interior surfaces are finished in crushed velour, and the pickbox is topped with a large foam pad that cushions the neck. The neck is further protected with a padded guide that restricts side-to-side movement.

Calton has been named recipient of the prestigeous
Players' Choice Award by Acoustic Guitar magazine
for several years, an honor and recognition bestowed
directly by musicians.
