BBB Reliability Program Member
EastesArts is a member of the BBB Online Reliability program. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) system was founded in 1912 to foster fair and honest relationships between businesses and consumers. BBB Online Reliability was launched in 1997 to help consumers identify online businesses with a reliable track record in the marketplace who have made a commitment to high levels of ethical business practices and customer satisfaction. For a company to qualify, a BBB representative visits the candidate at their place of business to inspect operations and confirm adherence and ability to perform to program requirements. Other requirements include a track record of at least one year in business and agreement to abide by the BBB's advertising standards and dispute resolution procedures.



The International Music Products Association
