Better Business Bureau Online

EastesArts is a member of the BBB Online Reliability program. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) system was founded in 1912 to foster fair and honest relationships between businesses and consumers. BBB Online Reliability was launched in 1997 to help consumers identify online businesses with a reliable track record in the marketplace who have made a commitment to high levels of ethical business practices and customer satisfaction. For a company to qualify, a BBB representative visits the candidate at their place of business to inspect operations and confirm adherence and ability to perform to program requirements. Other requirements include a track record of at least one year in business and agreement to abide by the BBB's advertising standards and dispute resolution procedures.
The International Music Products Association
 EastesArts is a member of the NAMM—The International Music Products Association. NAMM is the largest US-based trade organization for companies in the music products industry. Its mission is to unify, lead and strengthen the global music products industry and to increase active participation in music making. This mission is supported by music product retailers, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and publishers located in the United States and in more than 100 other countries.
The International Bluegrass Music Association
 EastesArts is a member of The International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA), an international association which works for high standards of professionalism, a greater appreciation for bluegrass music, and the success of the worldwide bluegrass community. Its priorities and goals include: developing relationships with sponsors to increase IBMA's, and the industry' s ability to find greater success for bluegrass; marketing initiatives that create greater awareness and connections between bluegrass and consumers; the involvement of young people in bluegrass through positive and educational experiences; and hosting its annual IBMA Awards show which provides industry and worldwide recognition for new and emerging performing artists.
The Violin Society of America
 EastesArts is a member of The Violin Society of America (VSA), a non-profit organization created for the purpose of promoting the art and science of making, repairing and preserving stringed musical instruments and their bows. Membership in the VSA is open to all who share an interest in the violin, viola, cello, bass and their bows, and thus reflects a broad and diverse range of interests and concerns, including the history of instruments and performers, technique, performance practice, repertory and other matters pertaining to instruments of the violin family.
Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America
 EastesArts is a member of the SPBGMA—The Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America. SPBGMA is a non-profit corporation formed for the purposes of preserving the traditional spirit and art form of Bluegrass music. SPBGMA encourages and supports Bluegrass as a uniquely American art form by promoting professionalism and showmanship, and by organizing, sponsoring and conducting an annual competition and festival, and through its publications and affiliations.
